1. GRADUATION CLEARANCE LIST

All graduands are advised to constantly check the Milestone Institute website (www.milestoneinstitute.ac.ke) for updates.

2. GRADUATION FEES

All graduands who have met the requirements to graduate shall be required to pay graduation fees of Ksh. 5000

3. UNRESOLVED COURSE REQUIREMENT ISSUES

Students with unresolved grades issues from previous semesters (incompletes) or missing courses should urgently contact their respective schools’ to have all issues resolved by latest Friday, 21st November 2025 failure to which their names will not appear on the provisional list.

4. GRADUATION GOWNS COLLECTION DATES

The Graduation Gowns will be issued from Monday, 1st December 2025 to Thursday, 4th December 2025 in respective campus.
Requirements for Gown Collection:
i) Original National ID/Travel Passport
ii) Original Birth Certificate for Graduands below 18 years of age
iii) Must have paid graduation application fee
iv) Caution Fee Kshs 10,000 (For Graduands without Original National ID/Travel Passport or Original Birth certificate

5. GRADUATION GOWNS RETURN DATES

The graduation Gowns MUST be returned by Thursday, 11th December 2025. Any Gown not returned by the deadline will attract a penalty of Kshs. 500 per day. There will be no exemptions for late return.
a) DAMAGED / LOST GRADUATION GOWNS CHARGES
i) Gown Kshs 6,000
ii) Hood Kshs. 2,000
iii) Cap Kshs 2,000
iv) Full Gown (Cap, Hood & Gown) – Kshs. 10,000

6. GRADUATION REHEARSAL

Rehearsal for graduation will be on Thursday, 4th December 2025 starting at 1.00 p.m at Thika Stadium Ground.

7. GRADUATION DAY

• All graduands are expected to be arrive at Milestone Institute Thika Campus at 7.00 am and MUST be in Graduation Gown and decently dressed.
• To ensure that we have a successful Graduation Ceremony, all graduands are urged to remain seated throughout the event until the end of the ceremony and will only be permitted to stand when called upon for the conferment of the award by Milestone Institute Director.

8. CERTIFICATE COLLECTION

Certificates & final transcripts collection date shall be communicated through your respective campuses.
The following documents should be presented for certificate collection:
i) Duly signed copy of the certificate clearance form available from College Accounts office.
ii) Original National ID/Travel Passport
iii) Student ID (NB: Lost student ID’s attracts a penalty fee of Ksh. 500)
